Thank you for your interest in the Michigan Trial Lawyers Summit! We understand that plans can change, and this policy outlines the conditions under which you may receive a refund for your registration.

Registration Cancellations and Refunds

• Registrations are refundable within 3 business days of your initial purchase. A full refund will be issued to the original payment method used.
• Cancellations submitted after 3 business days of registration are unfortunately non-refundable.
• This policy applies to all registration fees, including early bird discounts and student discounts.

How to Cancel Your Registration

To cancel your registration, please submit a request by email to Samantha Teal or Jon Marko. Be sure to include your full name and the email address associated with your registration. You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation has been processed.

Important Notes

• This policy applies only to registration fees. We cannot offer refunds for travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred in connection with the event.
• We encourage you to register early to take advantage of our refund policy and secure your spot at the Summit.
• In the unlikely event that the Michigan Trial Lawyers Summit is cancelled, all registered attendees will receive a full refund of their registration fees. We will not be responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred.

Additional Considerations

While not covered by a refund, we understand that situations may arise that prevent you from attending the Summit after the cancellation deadline. Here are a few options to consider:

• Transfer your registration to another attendee. Please contact us at Samantha Teal or Jon Marko at least 5 business days before the event to request a registration transfer. A processing fee of $50 will be applied to cover administrative costs. The substitute attendee must meet the eligibility requirements for the Summit.
• Donate your registration fee to a legal aid organization. If you are unable to attend the Summit and would like to donate your registration fee to a worthy cause, please let Samantha Teal or Jon Marko know. We will work with you to identify a suitable legal aid organization.
