These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Michigan Trial Lawyers Summit website (the "Website") and the Michigan Trial Lawyers Summit event (the "Event") organized by [Your Organization Name] ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Registration: Registration for the Event is required for all attendees. To register, you must provide accurate and complete information as prompted by the registration form.
2.2 Eligibility: The Event is open to all Plaintiff lawyers in good standing. Law students may be admitted at the discretion of the organizers. We reserve the right to deny registration to anyone for any reason.
3. Fees and Payment
3.1 Fees: The cost of attending the Event is $795 USD (excluding taxes and fees).
3.2 Early Bird Discount: An early bird discount of $195 USD is available for registrations completed before April 1, 2025. The discounted fee is $600 USD (excluding taxes and fees).
3.3 Payment: Payment for registration fees must be made online through Stripe at the time of registration. We do not accept alternative payment methods.
3.4 Taxes and Fees: All applicable taxes and fees will be added to your registration fee at checkout.
3.5 Refunds and Cancellations: We offer a full refund for cancellations submitted within 3 days of your initial registration. After 3 days, refunds will not be issued. To cancel your registration, please submit a request by email to Samantha Teal or Jon Marko.
4. Content
The Website and all content, materials, and information contained therein (including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software) are the property of Michigan Trial Lawyers Summit or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Website without our express written permission.
5. User Conduct
You agree to use the Website and participate in the Event in a manner that is consistent with all applicable laws and regulations and these Terms. You agree not to:

The Westin Book Cadillac (1114 Washington Blvd., Detroit, MI 48226) is the recommended hotel for the Event. We have secured a block of rooms at a discounted rate. Please contact the hotel directly to make your reservation and mention the Michigan Trial Lawyers Summit to receive the discounted rate.
16. Miscellaneous
These Terms may be amended only by a written agreement signed by both you and us. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
